Yes - all controllers can be scaled to grow alongside your networks. Additionally, we are able to accommodate device counts above those found through our deployable plans - simply speak to a member of our team about the commencement of a custom plan to suit your requirements.

What if I need to provide my customers controller access?
This can be facilitated by creating user accounts with specific site permissions. The controller can be quickly whitelabelled through the Hubox platform.
How are controller software updates handled?
All Hubox UniFi controllers come equipped with version control settings.
How many locations can I manage through a Hubox UniFi controller?
The answer: an unlimited amount. All Hubox Premium plan controllers come equipped with multiple sites, and - should you wish to manage sites under separate controllers - there is no limit on the number of controllers that can be deployed via the Hubox platform. We can also indefinitely scale plans on a custom pricing scheme, should you require.
How secure is the Hubox platform?
All Hubox controllers are launched in line with security best practices. The Hubox platform and each controller can be separately 2FA secured. We take care of port control and server security.
